Varsity vs. Timberline

The Wolverines escaped the Dome with a big win, defeating Timberline 52-49 in overtime en route to the Quarterfinals. Senior guard Brady Kageyama and forward Alex Yu consistently scored throughout the game while helping out on the defensive end. Sophomore Bryce Smith locked up Timberline star Brooklyn Hicks, and also had the game-tying layup off an offensive rebound in the end of regulation. Junior Hogan Hansen also had many rebounds and tough finishes in overtime, while senior Blane Stauffer also filled in his role off the bench. The Wolverines will now play a tough matchup against the #1 seed Mt. Spokane in the quarterfinals on Thursday March 2.
