All About Post-Season Play
KingCo Tournament
The KingCo Tournament immediately follows regular-season play and is the first step in our path to state. All 7 KingCo League 3A teams compete and the top 4 advance to districts.
SeaKing Tournament
The SeaKing District 2 Tournament is the next step in our path to state. The top 4 KingCo League and top 8 Metro League 3A teams compete for 6 spots that advance to Regionals.
Regionals
Regionals is a competition between the top teams from every district in the state and is the "door to the State Tournament." It is played in a variety of locations around Washington. 20 teams compete in Regionals with the top 12 advancing to State. The top 8 seeds in Regionals play a single game and are assured of a State berth. The bottom 12 teams play either one or two loser-out games, with the top 4 advancing to State.
