The Bellevue Wolverines started off the new year with a big 67-48 win against the Juanita Ravens. Senior point guard Brady Kageyama and senior forward Alex Yu were able to operate in both the interior and 3-point range against the Ravens’ defense. Junior Hogan Hansen also put up a clinic on the boards by getting many rebounds, and sophomore Bryce Smith and junior Kenyan Jackman-Thomas both had productive games on both the offensive and defensive end. Bellevue now has a weekend off before they face their most highly anticipated matchup of the season where they will host their biggest rivals on Monday: The Mercer Island Islanders.
